For the Sauce:

- 1.5 TBSP brown sugar
- 1 inch cube of fresh ginger (minced)

INSTRUCTIONS
- Cut the meat into 1cm wide strips.
- Add the soy sauce, white wine vinegar, and cornstarch then mix until the meat is covered.
- Place sesame oil in a large skillet and set on medium heat. You may be required to add more oil depending on how wide your skillet is. You should aim to have the pan completely covered with oil.
- Combine all ingredients for sauce together in a small bowl, set aside.
- Sauté the meat in small batches, just covering the bottom of the skillet, and cook for 1-2 minutes per side. Remove to a paper towel lined plate.
