INGREDIENTS
- 240g tomato ketchup
- 4 TBSP brown sugar
- 4 TBSP Worcestershire sauce
- 2 TBSP white wine vinegar
- 1.5 TSP Sriracha (add more if you like a kick)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 TSP English mustard
- 1 TSP salt
INSTRUCTIONS
- Mix all of the above and stir thoroughly.
- Add to a saucepan and simmer gently for 10 minutes stirring regularly until it has thickened.
- Voila! Use it as a dip or a basting sauce while grilling as we did above.
