INGREDIENTS
- 250g block of halloumi
- 1/2 cup plain flour
- 1 TSP chilli powder
- 1 TSP paprika
- 1 TSP salt
- 1 TSP ground black pepper
- Extra salt to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
- Pre-heat your deep fat fryer to 190C.
- Cut your Halloumi into long fries (we did about 2cm thick).
- Mix the flour with the paprika, chilli powder, salt and pepper in a bowl and thoroughly coat the fries in the mixture.
- Spread out the fries in your basket (not touching) then fry for 2 minutes or until nicely browned.
- This is a super easy recipe and damn tasty :)
