Grana Padano Cheese Steak Sauce

Prep time: 1 minute Cooking time: 18 minutes INGREDIENTS 1/2 Cup heavy cream 1/2 Cup Grana Padano cheese (grated) 1 TSP dried basil Salt & pepper to taste INSTRUCTIONS Heat the cream in a saucepan and simmer on medium to low for about 15 minutes. Stir in the cheese, basil, salt and pepper.  Lower heat and simmer for 3 more minutes.

Creamy Mushrooms with Steak on a Bed of Garlic Green Beans

Prep time: 10 minutes Cooking time: 15 minutes INGREDIENTS Olive oil for the pan 1 small onion 100g button mushrooms 50ml single cream 1 TSP dijon mustard 400g fresh green beans 5 cloves of garlic Your preferred cut of steak INSTRUCTIONS Remove steak from the fridge and season with salt & ground pepper and leave to return to room temperature. Thinly slice the onion & mushrooms. Add them to a sauce pan on a medium heat with a drizzle of oil. Add salt & ground black pepper to taste. Cook for 10 minute or until the onions are softened. Reduce to heat to a simmer and add the cream, mustard and a minced clove of garlic. Meanwhile fry the green beans in a large frying pan on a medium heat. Add the remaining garlic cloves (sliced) into the pan and cook for 5 minutes. Seared Steak with Charlotte Potatoes, Fennel and Courgette

Prep time: 10 minutes Cooking time: 36 minutes INGREDIENTS Your favourite cut of steak 4 large cloves of garlic (sliced thinly) 7 TBSP olive oil 1 bulb of fennel 2 small leeks or 1 large leek chopped into 1cm discs 2 small courgettes or 1 large courgette chopped into 1cm discs  500g of charlotte potatoes 1 lemon 1 TBSP oregano 1 TBSP chilli & garlic infused oil (not a necessity but really works when frying the steak)  Salt & ground black pepper INSTRUCTIONS (Images are below the instructions for guidance) Fork holes in the larger potatoes. Put the potatoes on a high heat in boiling water for 20 minutes. In the meantime chop your courgette, fennel, leek and garlic and mix it up. Add 4 TBSP of olive oil and mix to coat. Mozzarella Stuffed Flank Steak

  Prep time: 20 minutes Cooking Time: 15 minutes Serves : 4    INGREDIENTS 4 cloves garlic minced or pressed through garlic press 1 small shallot minced 2 TBSP fresh parsley finely minced 1 TSP sage leaves finely minced 1 TSP basil minced 1 TSP oregano 2 TBSP olive oil 2 - 2 1/2 pounds flank steak 4 ounces thinly sliced prosciutto 4 TBSP of mozzarella cheese (slices of provolone as an alternative) Cooking twine soaked in water for 20 minutes (utensil) Toothpicks soaked water for 10 minutes (utensil) Salt and pepper to taste INSTRUCTIONS (Images below instructions for guidance) Combine garlic, shallot, parsley, basil, sage, and olive oil in small bowl.
